Push communications releases mixes of Marmion's 'Schöneberg'
The iconic rave classic has been reworked by Tim Engelhardt, 2Raumwohung and Der Dritte Raum!
It’s been a while since Marmion’s 'Schöneberg' has been remixed by DJ Hell, Abe Duque, Donnacha Costello, Chaim, Roberto Rodriguez and Sebastian Krieg & Strobe in 2010. 8 years later, it’s about time for some new interpretations.
In March, Push Communications alreday released Tim Engelhardt Remix of the timeless tune Mijk van Dijk and Marcos López produced back in 1993.
Now, part 2 of the remix series is scheduled for August 3rd which pulls together two versions from equally iconic German rave royalty - 2raumwohnung and Der Dritte Raum.
And there's still more to come... stay tuned!
Also check Mijk van Dijk's remix of 2raumwohnung's '1993' from their 'Nacht & Tag' Album.

It's coming: Pari San release their debut album 'R.I.P. Identification' in fall
second single 'Lie' will be out June 8th!
On their much-acclaimed 2016 Frozen Time EP (including collaborations with Markus Ganter and Robot Koch as well as a feverish, fascinating music video of Rammstein director Zoran Bihać), Pari San already set a massive exclamation point with tons of style and elegant, modern Pop-Electronica. But their long-awaited debut album R.I.P. Identification will have a much bigger surprise in store.
The painstaking, passionate collaboration with electronic music innovator Markus Popp aka Oval, who has co-produced R.I.P. Identification, has resulted in radically innovative, yet masterfully crafted songs.
Pari San are Iran-born musician Parisa Eskandari and the Berlin-based producer Paul Brenning - together they conjure sensual, urban songscapes between pop and avant-garde.
The special chemistry between Pari and Paul creates sheer, electrifying tension: Iranian flair meets Berlin, oriental mysticism meets western rationality, impulsiveness collides with technical precision. Eskandari's unmistakable vocal style effortlessly dissolves the boundaries between day and dream.
On their tour you will see the premiere of never-before-performed R.I.P. Identification material as part of Pari San's set list: epic, gripping songs, embedded in an engaging live performance. Not to be missed.

new Wolfgang Tillmans EP out!
'Source' comes remixed as a fluffy, minimal tech house cut by Roman Flügel
'Source', a new release by Wolfgang Tillmans, comes in an original version and two remixes by legendary German producer Roman Flügel.
The sixteen-minute original version is a vocal piece in which Tillmans explores his abilities to generate vocal sounds to tell a story while refraining from using actual words. Meshing six different sequences into one composition, each sequence investigates different moods and emotions meandering between the guttural, sacral, and absurd. Recorded in a studio session in 2017, the piece focuses on the immediacy of vocal improvisation as much as on its post-production and edit.
Out since May 4th via tillman's very own Fragile.

Out since May 1st: 'Joy'
hackedepicciotto have released their second meditation soundtrack!
Danielle de Picciotto and Alexander Hacke gave up their home in Berlin in 2010 and since then travel the world, on the one hand to broaden their horizons and on the other hand to find a place where they can found a cultural site in which they support other artists and themselves can generate art.
After their enthusiastically received meditation soundtrack 'Unity' from 2016, they now released 'Joy' on May 1st 2018. This time with two guest musicians Vincent Signorelli (Unsane) and Eric Hubel (Glenn Branca).
These musicians are better known for their American hardcore bands, but Eric has been a yoga master for 20 years and Vincent was one of the first followers of the New York Hare Krishna movement. The album was recorded in Tulum, Mexico; Montreal, Canada; NYC, USA and Berlin. The result is ten beautiful pieces, unusual in their instrumentation.

new signing: Cedric
The Dresden-based band just released their long-awaited debut album 'Levity' via Undressed Records.
Cedric play intense songs between the poles of post rock, alternative and post punk - formed by impressive walls of sound and furious desire. The three-piece was founded in 2013 in Dresden, GER as it plunged into one of its many jam sessions to come, which still to this day form the basis of their songs - driven by heavy, glimmering guitars, angry grooves and vocals between soulful and gloomy.
In 2015, Cedric released their debut single 'Communion=Hoax' and embarked on a tour through music clubs in Germany and UK, supported bands like New Model Army and played at the famous german Taubertal Festival with an attending audience of 12,000 people.
The debut album 'Levity' was released on Undressed Records to great critical acclaim in european music magazines and radio stations. The outstanding singles of this output met positive overall popularity with rock fans.
As one of the most gripping and promising german newcomer bands in the postgenre Cedric are currently presenting their work on their headlining-tour through Germany and Europe.
